We have an old (in years) president.

At 78, Joe Biden is the oldest person to ever hold our nations highest office.

But he is in seriously good shape.

Biden ‘does not use any tobacco products, does not drink alcohol at all, and he works out at least five days per week’, according to his doctor Kevin C O’Connor, who added: ‘Joe Biden is a healthy, vigorous, 78-year-old male.’

The president starts each day with a workout in a gym equipped with weights, a treadmill and a Peloton bike (no word if Secret Service zapped the cyber link on the Peloton).

And, all of us have seen Joe jog.

 

 

I could watch that gif all day.

‘Hello, I’m Joe and I’m waving at you…’ he might be saying as he breezes on by.

And, as the always fit Barack Obama can confirm, Biden been running for years.

 

 

In fact, the new president seems to be more fit than back in the days when Obama was his boss.

Biden’s five-days-a-week workout routine includes, as he explained to Pete Buttigieg, various exercises (like 2×23 crunches) that all add up to “46”, as in “the 46th president of the United States.”

The fact is this: Our 78 year old president is in far better health than me.

And that is unacceptable.

So let’s call this new fitness routine I’m adopting, ‘Get Fit Quick Before Our Old President Makes You Look Really Bad.

I’m dropping thirty or more pounds by summer.

That’s my contract with America.

If I don’t, I can always blame it on voter fraud and socialists.

But that wouldn’t be true.

This is on me and my desire to be healthier.
