DEM: 2,383 Needed, 2,322 Remain

Clinton 1,599

Sanders 844

Clinton needs about 34% of the remaining delegates to clinch the nomination. Sanders 66%.

NOTE: President Obama has told top Democratic fundraisers that they need to start unifying behind Clinton.

REP: 1,237 Needed, 1,079 Remain

Trump 661

Cruz 406

Kasich 142

Trump is the only candidate that can reach 1,237 delegates before the GOP convention. He needs about 53% of remaining delegates to clinch the nomination.

NOTE: A group of conservatives have met to discuss a possible third-party candidate this fall.
