It’s not just Florida and Ohio up for grabs Tuesday. Republicans will also hold a primaries in North Carolina and Missouri. And in both states, Donald Trump leads.
A Public Policy Poll in North Carolina shows Trump leading with 44%, followed by Ted Cruz at 33%, John Kasich at 11% and Marco Rubio at 7%.
A Docking Institute poll in Missouri shows Trump leading with 36%, followed by Cruz at 29%, Rubio at 9% and Kasich at 8%.
Trump is also way ahead in Florida and in a dead-heat with Kasich in Ohio. A clean sweep would almost guarantee him the most delegates heading into the GOP convention.
