Variety got it wrong. Bill Nye the Science Guy won’t be debating former two-year Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on climate change despite this mornings headlines.
Nye says he wasn’t invited to a big conservative get-together of scientific deniers.
That’s too bad because it would be a dream for many of us to witness the factual expertise of Nye go against the barely coherent Palin.
The half-term governor turned reality TV host has called the vast majority of the scientific community “fearmongers.”
The changing climate is “just God hugging us closer” as Tina Fey would say.
