Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton, of Chicago, Illinois, turns 69 years old today.

How to celebrate?

What about a campaign fundraiser hosted by Stevie Wonder in New York City?

Top tickets for the Monday night affair went for $10,000 a piece.

And, what does a daughter get her mom who just happens to be leading all major polls for president of the United States?

Try this:

A “Votes for Women” framed suffragette sash that was produced between 1910 and 1920, when women were constitutionally granted the right to vote in the United States.

That’s what Chelsea Clinton gave her mom for her big day.

The sash, made of yellow felt and black lettering, had been worn by women at suffragette meetings rallying for the vote.

Clinton is a year younger than her Republican challenger Donald J. Trump, who turned 70 in June. Both are older than Ronald Reagan who was 68 when he became the oldest president-elect in 1980.

There is no doubt what Clinton really wants for her birthday: The presidency. She’s hoping the American people will give her that gift in 13 days. Better late than never.
