YouTube comic Randy Rainbow today provided some hilarious comic relief for opponents of President Trump, “interviewing” the president for the “Fake News” channel in a video titled “If You Ever Got Impeached.”
Rainbow, 37, is an American comedian and singer, best known for videos published on YouTube, in which he spoofs interviews with famous figures and parodies musical numbers with a political twist.
Set to the classic Wizard of Oz number “If I Ever Had a Brain,” Rainbow runs through a fairytale sequence of how life would improve if Trump were to be impeached. Rainbow wears his best Dorothy dress as he runs down a laundry list of possibilities for Trump’s future.
“With the crimes you’ve been fixin’ you could be another Nixon if you only got impeached,” Rainbow sings.
“Find a lawyer because you’ll need one. Write a book or learn to read one,” he continues. “You’d be more than implicated for laws you violated and protocols you breached.”
It’s an instant social media classic, racking up nearly 100,000 views in 12 hours.
