“Saturday Night Live” opened its 44th season last night, taking aim at Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, and President Trump is hating on it.

Trump, who clearly watched the show even though he denies it, tweeted:

Actor Matt Damon portrayed the Supreme Court nominee in a sketch mocking his testimony on the sexual assault allegations against him.

In the 13-minute cold open, Damon depicts Kavanaugh as an angry, beer-obsessed bro as he fields questions from senators and repeatedly references his 1982 calendars.

It’s an instant classic, just the Anita Hill-Clarence Thomas sketches from 30 years ago (Republicans back in the day hated those too).

Also on the show, Kanye West, sporting a red Make America Great Again hat in support of Trump, went on one of his typical rants.

The bizarre lecture occurred off-air, after his performance. The speech was booed by audience members, and comedian Chris Rock can be heard in the background of a video laughing at him.

Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford appeared separately in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee last week to give testimony.

Ford has accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her at a party while the two were in high school together in the 1980s.

Kavanaugh has denied the allegation, as well as another sexual misconduct allegation against him.

The Senate Judiciary Committee voted to advance Kavanaugh’s nomination, but senators have reached a deal to delay a floor vote for a week while the FBI reopens its background investigation into Kavanaugh over the allegations.
