In the world of Reality TV, nothing is more coveted from fans than being the first to accomplish the CBS trifecta of appearing on Amazing Race, Big Brother and Survivor.

There have been plenty of contestants who have been on two of the three shows. But never has CBS invited one person to star on all three.

It would take quite a personality to pull that off.

Filmmaker and actor Mike White, who wrote and starred in movies and TV shows like Chuck & Buck, School of Rock, and Enlightened, could be close.

Mel and Mike White

White is on the current season of Survivor, David vs Goliath.

With his father Mel at his side, Mike appeared in TWO separate seasons of The Amazing Race, the second of which was an all-star season filled with fan favorites.

Being on a reality TV all-star show makes you an automatic legend!

The banter between Mike and his dad on TAR was legendary. The two danced, bobsledded, and jogged in underwear around the globe.

“‘The Amazing Race’ wins the awards, and ‘Survivor’ has better ratings,” White told IndieWire. “I cannot believe how much work goes into both productions. As a producer, I have so much respect for both shows, as what they’re able to pull off. And the integrity of the game. Both shows, there’s so much pride. They have a lot of integrity about letting the game play out as it is. And believing that by not interfering it will produce the most interesting results. I can’t overstate how impressed I am.”

Now there is a growing chorus of fans demanding CBS invite White on to the upcoming second season of Celebrity Big Brother.

Last January, Julie Chen-Moonves hinted that Celebrity Big Brother was strongly considering a Survivor player to be on the show.

Ultimately that didn’t happen, perhaps because being only on reality TV doesn’t necessarily make you a celebrity.

White, with his Hollywood credentials, has that covered. But would he do it?

“The idea of living in a soundstage in the Valley, that’s the one game I’m not interested in. I’ve already done that,” White told reporters.

Being such a superfan, though, would Mike White really turn down the chance to make reality TV history?
