The nation was left shaken today after it was revealed Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was hospitalized from a fall at the office that left her with three fractured ribs.
The 85-year-old woman, nicknamed RBG, was admitted ‘for observation and treatment’ early on Thursday morning after her Wednesday fall because she experienced discomfort overnight.
The hospital treatment meant that she was not present as President Trump went to the high court Thursday for the formal swearing in ceremony for Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Ginsburg is the oldest Supreme Court justice and one of four liberal-leaning judges on the high court.
So the news rocked the Democrats as many online offered to give her anything — including their ribs, internal organs and bubble wrap — to keep the prominent woman healthy until the next Democratic presidency.
Ruth Bader Ginsberg can have my ribs. And my kidneys and a lung. And anything else she needs. She can even have my husband on Thursdays.

I will literally give 3 ribs to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg if she needs them, along with whichever other body parts she requires until 2020. #ThursdayThoughts #RBG https://t.co/bm1E27Plh3

A prayer for her speedy recovery. When my Judge was ill on D.C.Circuit in 1983-1984, RBG was one of the most wonderful people to the stranded clerks. Remarkable lady. https://t.co/oha42x8cKI

Optimism in light of RBG:
My grandmother, born in 1928, broke her hip and arm 4 yrs ago. She recovered quickly, got off pain meds & continued to live on her own.
Last year she broke her hip AGAIN, recovered, got off pain meds and STILL lives independently.
WOMEN ARE STRONG AF

I just keep saying RBG RBG RBG over and over and over in my head as though the mantra will heal those ribs faster.
