Season 31 of The Amazing Race, hosted by Phil Keoghan, will leave the starting line more than a month earlier than scheduled, CBS announced today.

The new season will premiere at 9 PM Wednesday, April 17.

It had originally been set for May 22.

With that move, the network has banished LeBron James’ Million Dollar Mile from its Wednesday timeslot to Saturdays after just two episodes.

The network  released a sneak peek at the upcoming season, which comes with a twist: It will match teams of fan-favorite racers alongside duos from Survivor and Big Brother in a “reality showdown.”
