Laura Fleiss — wife of Mike Fleiss, creator of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” — claims he violently attacked her at the couple’s Hawaii home after demanding she get an abortion.

The attack was caught on security cameras.

Laura Fleiss, who is a former Miss America winner, was granted an emergency domestic violence restraining order against her 55-year-old husband on today.

The 31-year-old, who shares a four-year-old son with Fleiss, says the attack occurred on July 6.

Laura, who is 10 weeks pregnant, claims Fleiss attacked her after demanding she get an abortion because he didn’t want a second child, according to court documents.

Fleiss, who is the creator, producer and writer of The Bachelor and Bachelorette series, filed his own court documents today claiming that Laura was the one who attacked him and that she vanished with their son after the incident.

Laura Fleiss, 31, claims her Bachelor creator husband Mike Fleiss, 55, attacked her outside their Hawaii home on July 6. She claims the attack, which was captured on surveillance video outside their home, occurred after he demanded she get an abortion.

Laura Fleiss took this photo of a tear in her dress that she claims her husband caused during the July 6 attack outside their home.

Laura Fleiss claims the attack left her with bruises on her arms and a scratch on her neck.

Mike Fleiss also alleges that his wife lied about being on birth control so she could intentionally fall pregnant despite them agreeing to only have one child.

It comes just a week after Fleiss filed for divorce in Los Angeles citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple have been married since 2014.

His 24-year marriage to his high school sweetheart, Alexandra Vorbeck, ended in 2012.

During the hearing on Tuesday, Laura’s lawyer Samantha Spector presented surveillance images of the alleged attack and photos of the injuries she suffered in the July 6 incident.

The photos show bruising on her arm, a scratch on her neck and a tear in her dress.

Laura claimed in court documents that Fleiss had been verbally abusive towards her on a number of occasions in their five year marriage but became ‘enraged’ in recent weeks after finding out she was pregnant.

She said Fleiss demanded on July 4 that she get an abortion while their son Benjamin was in their home in another room.

‘Mike told me, ‘If you have an abortion, then we can just go back to the way we were’,’ Laura said, according to the court documents.

She claims he repeatedly demanded to see bank statements to see if she paid for an abortion.

Laura said she had scheduled an appointment for August 5 given ‘Mike’s insistence and pressure’.

She claims he made several statements during their July 4 argument, including: ‘Next time I see you, I don’t want to see your stomach’ and ‘You have a choice, you can choose. Have and abortion of go back to Wisconsin, but you are not taking Ben’.

Laura claims she called her mother on July 5 but Fleiss allegedly grabbed the phone and told her she couldn’t see her daughter until after she’d had the abortion.

‘This statement was especially scary to me, as I had not personally committed to having an abortion but had made an appointment given Mike’s insistence and pressure. I had no idea what exactly he meant by it and interpreted it as a threat that he would prevent my family from having contact with me or my son,’ she said in court documents.

The court documents state that Fleiss continued to berate his wife and called her names, including a ‘low rent gold-digger’, a ‘$50,000 w***e’ and a ‘f**king c**t’.

She claimed that Fleiss forcibly grabbed her cell phone from her hands on July 6 while she was caring for their sick son.

Laura claims in court documents that she followed him outside begging for her phone back. She said she feared she wouldn’t have a way to contact police if he became violent.

Once outside the home, Fleiss allegedly pinned her against a wall and held her there before she managed to break free.

‘After I broke free, he continued to use his arms and hands to aggressively push me away from him as he walked outside the door, still not returning my phone,’ Laura said in court documents.

‘Then he walked towards his pick-up truck parked outside in our driveway, shouting ‘I’m going to punch your face in’.’

Laura said she stood on the running board of her husband’s truck in a bid to get her phone back but he allegedly put the vehicle into reverse.

She claims he then ‘forcefully’ pushed her off the running board and drove away.

‘Our unborn child and I could have been severely injured if I had fallen off the truck’s running board or run over the wheels of the truck,’ Laura claimed.

She said a friend then drove her to the police station where she filed a report. At the time, Laura said she declined to file an emergency protective order because she feared further retaliation from her husband.

Laura said she told the officer she was going to stay in a hotel with her parents and son.

The former beauty queen said in court documents that Fleiss had previously threatened to file for divorce and cut her off financially if she didn’t have an abortion.

The couple met back in 2012 when Laura was a contestant in the Miss America pageant.

Representatives for Warner Horizon, which produces “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette,” and ABC, which broadcasts both programs, have not commented.

Fleiss made headlines recently for getting into a Twitter feud with “Grey’s Anatomy” star Ellen Pompeo and Kelly Ripa over comments the latter made on her show regarding “The Bachelor.”
Ripa took a stand against the reality series, saying that it “disgusts” her.

She then called the audience out for watching the “gross, gross show.”

Fleiss urged Ripa to take it easy as ABC houses both “Live With Kelly and Ryan” and “The Bachelor” franchise and “pays [her] salary.”

Pompeo then weighed in, calling out Fleiss for taking credit for a woman’s success, saying “The Bachelor” series does not pay Ripa’s salary and threatened to add her own thoughts about the reality dating show.
