A trio of Lucifer’s top stars told audiences today that Season 5 of the show could have plenty of twists and turns, and the upcoming final season would be a “love letter” to fans.
D.B. Woodside (Amenadiel), Lesley-Ann Brandt (Mazikeen) and Aimee Garcia (Ella Lopez) each addressed fans at the Lucifer Convention in Los Angeles.
D.B. hinted that Lucifer’s top nemesis in the comics, Archangel Michael, could be a part of the S5 story.
“I think a lot of the family has a problem with Michael,” he told the cheering audience.
In the comics, Michael was told to kick his twin brother Lucifer out of heaven.
Michael is written as patient and kind, but not someone who will stand by and watch injustice and evil.
He could be the perfect match for his twin!
According to @Lucifansgroup1, DB couldn’t confirm the news because it could get him in trouble:
@dbwofficial was asked what angelic being he’d like to interact w. He said Michael. “I think a lot of the family has a problem w Michael.” (I KNEW IT, Y’ALL!) He hinted that we might get to see Michael…and that saying that might get him in trouble, lol. ? #LuciCon #Lucifer pic.twitter.com/A6n31kcd3O

Lauren German skipped attending the LA convention, prompting some fans to whisper that her character Chloe may be doomed in S5.
Her death could drive Lucifer to make a final decision about his time on earth, perhaps a fitting conclusion to the series.
Co-showrunners Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich will have the final word on who is in – and is out – of the final season.
D.B. also strongly hinted that a giant musical number may be part of the final season, and he may be singing.
As Aimee Garcia addressed her audience, co-star Lesley-Ann Brandt decided to interrupt, in a hilarious scene caught by @melissafumeros:

Aimee had shared on social media yesterday some behind-the-scenes work on the LUX set being built:

Rachel Harris had to cancel her appearance at Lucicon yesterday.
But Eve herself, Inbar Lavi, was ready to stand in:

Tomorrow’s sessions will include Lucifer himself, Tom Ellis, along with Kevin Alejandro (Dan Espinoza) and Tricia Helfer (Charlotte).
Lauren was NOT a no-show. She was never scheduled to appear. Please don’t create drama.
She was not scheduled to appear and a no-show at the convention. No drama, just reality.
I’ve been wanting Michael to be in the series for awhile now. I hope he is Tom Ellis and not a blonde haired angel or fraternal twin.
As for Lauren German not going to the LA convention this time, I’m thinking she is a more private person since there is actually little known about her. Or maybe she’s shy, even though actors get in films and TV shows, some are shy and not comfortable on stage with live audiences. Maybe this is the case with Lauren and I respect her decision not to go.
Lauren doesn’t go to a lot of the conventions anyway, does she?
