Members of the cast of Lucifer, including Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Aimee Garcia and Rachael Harris, attended the 16th annual Grace Rose Foundation Cystic Fibrosis Fashion Fundraiser in Beverly Hills.
Rachael and Lauren served as the official hosts of the event.
16-year-old fashion designer Grace Rose is more than just a glimmer—she’s quite the powerful ray of light.
Grace was born with Cystic Fibrosis (CF), a life-threatening genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas and other organs by causing persistent infections and ultimately interfering with the body’s vital functions.
As of now, CF doesn’t have a cure, but Grace has refused to let her diagnosis bring her down.
Instead of succumbing to the difficulty of her disease, Grace allowed her diagnosis to spur her actions.
She’s the founder of the powerful non-profit organization, the Grace Rose Foundation, which has currently raised over a half million dollars for CF research and awareness.
She also created her own clothing line, Rosie G, at just ten years old, and has used her incredible talent as a platform to bring her disease into the public eye.
Since her very first birthday, Grace Rose has been hosting annual fashion show fundraisers featuring her designs.
Trinity Rose, the youngest female competitor to appear on the twelfth season of NBC’s The Voice, has a close bond with Grace.
In an interview with the project for women, Trinity talked about how she loves Grace Rose and her clothes.
According to Trinity, Grace is the strongest personality she has ever met.
She defined her friend as “cool, funny and super articulate.”

As a broadcast journalist in South Carolina, I had the opportunity to profile a young woman very similar to Grace.
Her name was Alex Faircloth, and I was privileged to tell her story about growing up living with CF:

The evening also included performances by 17-year-old R&B Pop Star, Skylar Stecker and Louden Swain fronted by Supernatural’s Rob Benedict.
Other guests and award recipients included: J.R. Bourne, The 100; Emmanuelle Chriqui, Entourage, Colton Underwood, ABC’s The Bachelor, Nick Viall, ABC’s The Bachelor, Gilles Marini, Michael Chiklis, Ruth Connell and Kim Rhodes, Supernatural.
