Former vice president and Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden quickly capitalized on a viral video Wednesday night, saying in a new ad that “The world is laughing at President Trump.”

Bidens tweet goes on, “They see him for what he really is: dangerously incompetent and incapable of world leadership. We cannot give him four more years as commander in chief.”

The video racked up 3.6 million views in its few hours on Twitter.

The ad makes use of a snippet of video that caught Canadian prime Minister Justin Trudeau, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, French President Emmanuel Macron, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Britain’s Princess Anne apparently chatting — and chuckling — about Trump at a reception in London on Tuesday.

Trump called Trudeau “two faced” Wednesday and left the NATO summit early, canceling a scheduled news conference.

“The world sees Trump for what he is: Insincere, ill-informed, corrupt, dangerously incompetent, and incapable, in my view of world leadership,” Biden’s ad said. “We need a leader the world respects.”

Biden released the ad about 30 minutes after Trump returned to Washington from his London trip.

The ad also includes a clip from a speech Trump gave at the United Nations last year, in which world leaders laughed after he claimed his administration “has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country.”

The mockery appears likely to draw a fierce response from Trump. In 2014, he famously tweeted: “We need a President who isn’t a laughing stock to the entire World.”
