Tom Ellis and Lucifer costar Lesley-Ann Brandt bumped into each other this week at the American Friends of Covent Garden bash in Beverly Hills.
Ellis has been busy working with writers on season five of the hit Netflix show, scheduled for production later this fall.

Ellis posed with his wife Meaghan, marking the first time the couple have been pictured together since their romantic wedding ceremony back in June.

Tom also caught up with his Lucifer co-star Lesley-Ann Brandt as they pair prepare to get to work on the final season of their popular comedy-drama.

The American Friends of Covent Garden gives members privileges and benefits in thanks for their support for the Royal Opera House in London and when the Companies appear on tour in the USA.
The plot of Lucifer’s fifth season is, as of yet, a mystery, but fans will be sure to see the progress as it is made throughout the writing process.
Meanwhile, it has been rumored the recently announced adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman will include Lucifer.

Not knocking Neil Gaiman or his series “Sandman”, Warner Bros has been trying to get the project off the ground as a movie for 2 years, or so I read. Actors and writers for the movie bailed citing creative differences, one writer said it should be a series not a movie, on his way out. It appears @Netflix picked it up as a series and ordered 11 episodes… maybe as a trial run to replace #Lucifer series? Personally, I’d much rather have Lucifer continue. Tom Ellis guest appearing as Lucifer will maybe have his fans watching to see him play Lucifer, will probably help and maybe why he’ll do it. I’m very disappointed that Lucifer series got cancelled and am dropping Netflix at the end of that series or before. Depends on if I can buy DVDs for seasons 4 and 5 from Amazon. Have to wait and see.
