Lucifer, the prince of darkness, can be a little self-absorbed, but that isn’t the case for the actor who portrays him.
In fact, the only thing negative you can find said about Tom Ellis is, “he’s easy to work with.”
That’s not really a bad thing.
So it was revealing when Ellis opened up and spoke about the guest star on Lucifer who he just couldn’t stomach.
And how his co-star Lauren German took advantage of it, playing a prank of all pranks on his birthday.
It happened during Season 2, following an appearance by actor Ryan Alosio on Episode 8, “Trip to Stabby Town.”
Alosio has had roles in a variety of television shows, and he’s voiced multiple video games and cartoons.
And, not to forget, he’s also a certified S.C.U.B.A. diver.

“There was a guest star on the show, I’m quite a tolerant person, but they really wound me up,” admitted Ellis. “I found him quite annoying.”
That guest star, of course, was Alsoio.
“His character had a lot of cardboard cutouts made of him, for a part of their set dressing, basically. So a couple weeks after this guy is not around anymore, it’s my birthday and I basically open the trailer door and I walk in and am confronted by about twelve of these full-size cardboard cutouts of the most annoying person I’ve ever met!”

“Lauren’s in there and I’m like, ‘very, very funny Muffin!’ and clear all of them out, laughing about it. I finally get my shit together and go to have a piss, open the door and there’s three more in the tiny little bathroom!”
“I even put a giant one leaning on the toilet,” German laughed.

We’ve heard from sources that Alosio had the bad habit of getting to set when he had no scenes to shoot.
That led to an uncomfortable feeling among a lot of cast members, and specifically Ellis.
Alosio’s character was killed off in the episode, by Azrael’s blade.
That means he doesn’t have a soul anymore.
It appears any resurrection – ever – is devilish improbable.
Next to Criminal TheBang Thoery, JRRRY SIGNFIELD and Gunsmoke. LICIFER is one of the greats and it’s too bad the powers that be can’t see that. With all the junk that is on they want to limit this great program.
Um, this is Lucifer we are talking about. There is ABSOLUTELY a possibilty of a return of Alosio in season 5, especially if he is being tormented in Hell.

He was killed by azrael’s blade… there is no heaven or hell when you die, you cease to exist altogether, so his return would be a miracle.
I can attest to Alosio being a bloody annoying tick. Comes to set when not needed. Is unprepared and misses cues, forgets lines, is wound up and hyper active…creating a difficult vibe for cast and crew. His public “good guy” image is a big put-on. Welcome to Hollywood.
The way they ended season 6 was quite wonderful to me. I loved all the seasons. I would have loved to see more though. But the way they ended it was kinda perfect and if they really really put some thought into it they could revive the show and even do a few seasons of lucifer and Chloe in hell and amenidiel in heaven and putting rory and Charlie in it as grown angels going back and forth from heaven hell and earth. I know silly wishful thinking but I am just not ready to let go. Lol.
16 episodes for Lucifer season 5, then it’s all over. Let’s hope it goes out with a bang, and doesn’t disappoint. The writers will decide, as bad as I hate to say it, I kinda sense that they will take it down the road called “Lame”. To often when a good, entertaining show makes the announcement that the next season will be the final one, the mad scramble to tie up the various storylines, and bring the show to a conclusion, seems to always result in a ‘Lame and Disappointing’ ending.
Hopefully the writers on team ‘Lucifer’ have some sort of ‘lame detection system’, that will bust em in the face if their writing starts to show signs of becoming “Lame as hell”.
A TV show like “Lucifer” deserves a kick ass end to its story.

No but what about coming back as a demon?
He would have to have gone to hell to come back as a demon and since he was killed by azriels blade he didn’t go to heaven or hell.
Next. A movie ???
Why a movie? What is the point? You already have 16 one hour episodes in the pipe. Isn’t that like eight 2 hour movies? So a big screen movie will just be the same as a two episode ark. Waste of time and effort.
I can’t wait to see what the last season will be. I hear there is to be frontal nudity for the prince of darkness. I hope all the ladies and men he has seduced wasn’t disappointed.
It needs to just keep going past season 5.
I’m sure the writers could do up to season 7 or something.
And this way they dont have to cramp it all into a few episodes.
PLEASE, PLEASE give LUCIFER mor seasons. With the following this show has it has to be profitable. When FOX cancelled this show and NETFLIX picked it up, the first thing I did was subscribe to NETFLIX. I had no reason to before. But to be able to see LUCIFER it was worth it. I can’t possibly be the only one who thinks this way.
Tom has a reputation of being a wonderful, kind person. So if he’s saying someone is annoying, it’s more than likely the truth. And showing up on set when you’re not scheduled to be there, and have absolutely no reason or rapport with anyone to justify it (ie: you aren’t the star of the show, you aren’t RDJ doing like what he did for the women of Marvel shooting their scene so he catered their lunch, or something in that vein) is ridiculously over the top and I would find that irritating too.
What does Ryan Alosio being a certified S.C.U.B.A diver have to do with the story?

Alosio’s not great to work with. If Ellis publicly says so, he’s (Alosio) worse than the rumor mill stories.
Season 6 is confirmed
